The whole process was easy. And COVID safe. Anna walked us through the estimate process via FaceTime. She was easily accessible via phone, text and email to quickly answer my questions and to take care of anything I needed. The guys that moved us were on time, efficient, polite, and experts at wrapping and packing furniture. Zero items were damaged. And they wore masks the entire time. Highly recommend and my family will be using them again for future moves.

Our team of 2 movers were so kind, knowledgeable, and efficient! They had to do a lot of walking to/from our freight elevator in the building AND still got the move done in the time estimated. They worked so hard and were so professional and considerate of all of our furniture and belongings. Would absolutely recommend and will return! 10/10!

From the start, with Anna to the end with Anthony's Crew ( Jerrel, Jay, and Jacob), this company is who you want to move you. We moved to Austin from Houston with another company. They were OK, but neglected to let me know that 2 pieces were broken during the move. I discovered this on my own over the last 6 months while stuff was in storage. Anthony's group arrived on time and within in 1 hour had the storage units emptied, and had alerted me to what they found. They were doing this out of concern for my items as well as making sure they were not held responsible. I don't blame them! When it came time to load in the small apartment they took great care to wrap all furniture items. At our new home they loaded in several large, heavy pieces and not a scratch was left on a door or wall. I enjoyed spending the day with them and they were very pleasant.

Chase and Jay were awesome! They were punctual, fast, professional, friendly, and carful with our home and belongings. They went above and beyond by bringing a heavy piece of exercise equipment through a window when it didn’t fit through the hallway. Scheduling was also top notch. We highly recommend Heavenly Moving and would use them again without question.

I will tell you that Jarell and Nate are the two most professional movers that I have ever seen. You need to ask for them personally for your move.
