I could not have asked for a better moving company! The movers were super friendly, professional and respectful. I was more than pleased with the whole process and I will definitely recommend this company to anyone I know AND if/when I move again, I’m definitely calling back!

My wife used them before we were married to move in with me and for her second time we used them again to our new home. All moves were in the same City. We will recommend to others and use again if we move again. While building our home we got displaced and needed a move, then storage and then delivery. It was not an easy move. We had a lot of heavy stuff, stairwells, tight corners and hallways plus shared elevators at the apartment we moved from. Storage was a blessing to have with this move as our builder had delays near closing. Heavenly Moving and Storage was safe and protective of all items. Our new townhome was 3 floors (all wood floors) and the movers didn’t use dolly’s to protect our floors. It was a bit longer than expected but no damages was the outcome. I recommend 3 movers. We had 2 at move out (and 2 other moving companies sharing the elevator=source of unexpected delay) and 3 movers at delivery. We went from from a 2 bedroom and lots of combined stuff to a 3 floor townhome. The extra mover is worth it and so is Heavenly Moving and Storage. Thanks for the hard work!

Anthony, Charles, and James are the best! Our appointment had to be pushed back a day due to the horrendous ice and snow storms we had in Texas that left so many without power and water. They showed up undeterred by the ice they had to bust up on the road to make sure their truck had the traction needed. Super kind and professional, they made what could have been a stressful time go very smoothly!

Today we had the pleasure of working with this company on our move. More specifically we had the pleasure of working with a team that was made up of Jerrell, Jacob, Jay and Nate. Things couldn’t have gone more smoothly and we were left extremely pleased at the end. They were prompt in showing up, very professional and extremely well rounded in their mannerisms towards us and our children. Very understanding that we are a large family so a child mistakenly getting in the way once or twice was handled very professionally and empathetically. They took an extreme amount of stress off our shoulder and we are very thankful for their services.

Today Nathan and Jay completed my move. They were on time and professional. They took their time and neatly packed each item and disassembled all the furniture. They treated our home and our furniture with respect. They did an excellent job packing the truck so that our stuff didn't slide all over the truck when they made turns. They worked hard and fast. I will be requesting Nathan and Jay on my next move. Thank you...you guys did an amazing job!

Movers were quick, professional, and were very responsive. They kept in contact with me throughout the move. Definitely recommend!

Everything about Heavenly Movers was just exceptional. Moving is just horrible - NO ONE likes it - but they took as much of the stress out of the equation as possible from the moment I first called. (and this is in the middle of covid!) Anna, the manager, is so wonderful, kind, helpful and super communicative throughout the entire process and my crew, headed by Andres, were all fantastic. They took excellent care of my big, heavy, antique furniture and were all super nice and considerate. They were also very respectful of my high risk for Covid and always kept their masks on, even when dragging a baby grand piano up my very steep driveway! I could not recommend them more highly. As someone who has moved many times in my adult life, they were - by FAR - the best moving company I've ever used. The name doesn't lie. ;-)
