I would definitely recommend heavenly moving and storage and will be using them again in the future. Their customer service is excellent. Great response time from office. Movers were on time. They were careful with our potted plants and boxes. Movers were friendly. Couldn't ask for more in a moving company.

Very responsive from beginning to end. Anna was very helpful in getting me a quote and answering my questions. The moving crew called on their way to advise of arrival time. They were very efficient in packing and loading, and accommodated last minute request to pack some items for us. Michael called to let me know they are done because we moved stuffs to their storage facility.

These guys are the absolute best! We've moved with them several times now simply because there is no one better! Their estimates are spot on, no surprises. They arrive on time and work extremely diligently and thoughtfully. If you're looking for a careful, thoughtful, intelligent crew I highly recommend We will always use Heavenly Movers and we've moved all over the world! We had a delay in getting to our new home this last move but the team (headed by Chase) carefully set up everything we would need upon our arrival they went above and beyond our expectations. We used Heavenly to move my mother to an assisted living facility. They called ahead and showed up right on time. The 2 young men were very courteous and nice. They were very careful with everything and even wrapped all the furnishings with padded quilts. The move went very smooth and quick. A very professional company. I would highly recommend Heavenly Moving and Storage for small or large moving occasions.

Heavenly movers have helped me move my work office twice now. Both times they were great. They were friendly, on time, very careful with my items, and did everything they said they would. The movers, Chris and his team, were 5 stars!

Great company to work with. We contacted them because our elderly parents needed to relocate from California on a budget. Scott and Marcus were great in following up with the contract and pricing. The furniture was all carefully handled and quickly loaded in California and unloaded at their storage facility here in Austin. They are storing everything until their home is finished and then they will move it all into their new home when compete. The office staff is excellent and worked with them to make the moving and storage as affordable as possible.

Our three man crew was fast, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend them.

They got the job done fast and with care. I have moved numerous of times and this hands down was the best move I have ever experienced. Will use these guys every time.

Heavenly Moving helped us pack and move several times within a matter of a couple of months. In every case, the workers who showed up were polite, very hard working (minimized time on the clock), and were extraordinarily careful with our possessions. Not only did they cushion items packed into boxes, they padded and wrapped all of our furniture pieces. Our Realtor in Round Rock, Sean Harden at Open Door Realty, suggested we give these guys a try. They packed up a bunch of things from our house to a local self-storage facility to make it less cluttered and get it ready to show. After the house sold, they moved the items back to the house so that they could be sold off or consolidated into the shipment to our new home in Dallas. When the time came, they loaded all of our possessions, drove them to our new house, and unloaded them into a very densely packed garage.

Best ever. They went above and beyond to move a large modern refrigerator into small house. Put everything back. Top drawer.
