Review for our move on February, 2024 Rating: 5/5 stars The Heavenly Move teams did it again. This is not the first time we have used Heavenly Moving and Storage. We have had exceptional service from them before. This move in February 2024 was no exception. Starting with a call, which was answered right away --- by a human, Freddy in this case, and when not answered immediately, a call back comes usually within minutes! --- our moving estimate visit was set up, and the move was quickly planned at a very reasonable cost. Our moving team, Chris, Charles, and Zack were “heavenly.” This team had everything. 1) They were strong for handling some very large and heavy furniture pieces. 2) Articulate for maneuvering down a switchback stairway and up a 90 degree staircase at our destination with no damages to the pieces or the stairway walls. 3) Skillful at putting together a complex 100+ year old antique cabinet, and another delicate, mostly glass set of 3 china-hutch type cabinets. Everything was wrapped and protected. Their attitudes of courteousness, thoughtfulness, and willingness to do everything we needed were the jewels in the crown of quality. The whole operation, start-to-finish, deserved at least 6 stars. Richard-Austin

Jerrell, Donte, and Juan were incredible—They made our move easy and stress-free! This was our third time using Heavenly , and we’ve never been disappointed in their services!

Heavenly picked up the 2nd half of our move due to Blue Whale going out of business. Man, do I regret not going with them in the first place. They moved us from storage in Austin to Fort Worth like it was a snap. Both team members on our move on 4/1 were so nice, professional, timely, respectful, efficient, super hard working , oh and did I mention kind!

The Heavenly team is punctual, professional, and offer great value. Highly recommend.

Daniel, Nick & Joe moved me to my new home yesterday. They were extremely respectful, professional, and very hardworking. They had great attitudes , smiles and made my move go smoothly. Thanks Guys, I really appreciate you taking good care of me and my belongings!

The crew showed up early and had great communication. Everyone knew how to work together to make it smooth. They were able to move things effortlessly and didn't waste any time. Both trucks were equipped with the tools needed to solve moving multiple framed pictures, awkward items quickly. They even had runners to put down on the floor to protect it. They were all great folks. When the move-in was done they helped get furniture well sorted and had a lot of conscientiousness about where things would go. I don't really want to move again but if I do I'd gladly do it all over again with this crew.

Everything went smoothly. The team was very professional and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

I never heard of Heavenly before until now. But as I was looking for someone to move us. It just randomly popped up on my phone. Maybe I pressed something that I wasn’t aware of, but none the less, I just didn’t recall clicking on Heavenly. Anyway I am so glad that Jesus’ hand was on my phone at that moment. Because I ended up using their services, and I never used a moving company before, but this was truly a God send and most definitely a heavenly experience for me and my family. The employees were exceptionally nice, respectful, and most of all, did the most in making sure my belongings were handled with extreme care. I would most definitely use Heavenly again in the future. 👍🏾 💯😇

Heavenly Movers did a great job moving our stuff from Austin to Copperas Cove! They were all so fast and efficient! Jacob, Joe and Nate were incredible help! Team 1 is #1! Thank you all so very much!!
