Incredible team!

Great experience!! Heavenly moving moved us out of our house, stored our stuff then moved us into a new home a year and half later! They made the whole process easy and kept it worry free for me! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!!

I want to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU to Anna, James, and the entire crew at Heavenly Moving & Storage. I recently did a huge move from Austin, TX to the central coast of California, and to say I was a "noob" is an understatement. I had never done a big interstate move like this before, and I was very overwhelmed with all the stress that comes with moving. From the very beginning, Anna worked as my coordinator to answer every question I had. She also stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process, including even after the move. In all, Anna and I became "buddies" over 10-12 weeks total. She is an absolutely amazing asset, IMO. (Heavenly, make sure you note how incredible she is in her annual performance reviews!) When it came to the actual move, James was my supervisor who oversaw the entire pickup and drop-off, including driving the load from Austin to CA. He was a superstar! He took the time to carefully pack my most prized belongings, and label every single box and item with inventory stickers, etc. The inventory was transported with care and not a single item was missing. To say that James and the crew made the experience less stressful, is also an understatement. They made me feel like I was completely taken care of the entire time. I would not hesitate to use James or the crew again for any huge move (especially interstate.) One thing to note: Heavenly Moving does work through National Van Lines (NVL) for interstate moves. Heavenly does use their own trucks, but they operate through NVL as a carrier, which means that NVL insures all the belongings based on the package you choose. One of my 4K TVs did arrive inoperable, and when I went to file the claim through NVL, they outright denied it. However, after taking the issue back to Anna and the team at Heavenly, they made it right by offering me reimbursement for the full value of the item. Which goes to show you how absolutely amazing Heavenly is as a company. (I just wish that NVL insurance had made it right, after all that is what is insurance is for.) But it did not deduct any stars from my review for Heavenly, because honestly I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Don't hesitate to use this company if you're moving local in TX or doing an interstate move. They are the real deal! (10 stars!) :)

Heavenly Movers did a great job with our move. The team were great, friendly, very helpful, and treated everything like it was their own. I plan to use them again when we move from our temporary location to our permanent location:)!! Thank you all for the amazing job.
